TECHNICAL STUDIES AND REPORTS

 

SMC Architects, in a complementary way to the development of projects, develop different technical studies and reports, that are described below.

Are perfomed technical / economic studies of alternatives for materials or constructive systems to opt for those who submit the best both technical and economical advantages to implement in a project.

 

 

 

Develop safety studies of building designs, with regard to the criteria of security design and the specific regulations that are applicable, so as to verify and optimize the facilities in this area. The studies include design of hallways, stairs and exhaust pipes, and fuel load studies with proposals for technical solutions of the passive elements of each building.

Fuel Load Studies are carried out, to comply with the regulations on Fire Safety Conditions defined in the General Urban Planning and Construction Ordinance (O.G.U.C.)  in its Title 4. ​ ​
